VENUE AT WHEATON COLLEGE
We will meet in Coray Alumni Gym in the Todd Beamer Student Center, not the Billy Graham Center. Classes will be in Memorial Student Center nearby.
APPOINTMENTS WITH FACULTY
Faculty members will be available for 15-minute appointments during the day. Sign-up sheets will be available before the conference begins. Instructions for sign-up at the meeting information desk outside the meeting room. Appointment times are 9-10:20am and 1:00-5:00pm, Wednesday-Friday.
The conference bookstore will also be in Coray Alumni Gym in the Todd Beamer Student Center (the main room for the conference). It will be stocked with books authored by faculty members and conferees. It will be open at various times throughout the event depending on staffing. Purchases must be made by credit or debit cards only. No cash transactions.
Selling Your Books
You may bring books you have authored or media you’ve produced to consign to the bookstore for a 20% commission on sales. Each item must be clearly priced (no prices only on signs) with no quantity pricing. See the worker at the designated table in the gym to consign in items beginning Tuesday afternoon and un-consign them before leaving.
